One hour East of Rome is the Simbruini mountain range, where wildlife and historical sites are protected. This beautiful park is a perfect location for meditation and day hikes. Minimum attendance: 6 people.

About the event
Starting from the old village of Camerata Nuova at an altitude 900m, we'll hike up to Monte Camposecco (1500m). On the way we'll stop in perfect spot for deep, enjoyable meditation sessions. We'll enjoy the beauty of the Camposecco plateau (which was the set of cult spaghetti-westerns like "They Call me Trinity" ) and the vast, magical beech forests. On our way back we'll visit an ancient ghost town. Mt-Simbruini are is inhabitated by wolves, bears, royal eagles, griffons, deers, boars, and many other animals. Campotosto is a grazing area for traditional herding of sheep, cows and horses, where they live free of fences.
