We will walk in the cool of the Mediterranean scrub, in search of waterfalls and natural nymphaeums that have profoundly marked the Etruscan world. We will immerse ourselves in an environment of great archaeological-naturalistic interest, a unique setting for meditation. mindtrek.guido@gmail.com

About the event
Itinerary:
In the morning at 8 we will meet at the beginning of the trail which is 30 minutes from the ring road. We will enter a fascinating world characterized by the vitality of nature, well known to the ancients and a source of spiritual inspiration for thousands of years. We will discover spectacular waterfalls that form small lakes within a Mediterranean scrub marked by traces of ancient artifacts.
It is in this environment that we will have our meditation experiences with stops and phases of introspective walking.
This route, almost 10 kilometers long, does not present any particular difficulties, but requires crossing easy fords, sometimes taking off your shoes (hiking shoes: in some places the terrain is not suitable for gym shoes).
