About the event
This trek, albeit potentially at reach for the average person, requires some training and experience: feel free to ask us for advice. In particular we recommend some experience in long range trekking, high altitude adaptability (highest pass > 5600m / 18000ft), a very good psycho-physical shape, some resilience and good endurance, experience of traveling in poor remote Countries, emphatic traveling with others, and an adaptability to basic food and shelter (especially in PRC-Tibet).
