Sunday's mindtrek: Simbruini

Starting from the old village of Camerata Nuova at an altitude 900m, we'll hike up to Monte Camposecco (1500m). On the way we'll stop in perfect spot for deep, enjoyable meditation sessions. We'll enjoy the beauty of the Camposecco plateau (which was the set of cult spaghetti-westerns like "They Call me Trinity") and the vast, magical beech forests. On our way back we'll visit an ancient ghost town. Mt- Simbruini are is inhabitated by wolves, bears, royal eagles, griffons, deers, boars, and many other animals. Campotosto is a grazing area for traditional herding of sheeps cows and horses, where they live free of fences.
