A Mindtrek in Tantric Bhutan

This Mindtrek is an immersive, two-week pilgrimage and retreat. It will begin in the Paro Valley, in western Bhutan, and will continue at spiritual power places in the Bumthang Valley, Bhutan’s cultural and religious heartland. Teachings will focus on the union of the ‘two mudrās’ of Karmamudrā and Mahamudrā (Action Seal and Great Seal), and their connection with ‘four joys,’ or progressive states of illuminated bliss associated with the merging of subjective and objective awareness, freedom from unconscious patterning, and the emergence of pristine joy.
